Note: The first page of the LOI and Deposit and Funding Agreement have been modified to reflect correct parcels. Both parties to the agreements have approved the change.  The APN 8472-001-919 was corrected to 8735-001-919 and parcel 8735-001-921 was previously missing and has been included.  This does not reflect a change in the parcels intended to be sold.
