Pre-Approved ADU Plans

This page will soon contain a listing of ADU plans that have been pre-approved by the City of West Covina.

If you would like to use one of these plans for your property, you must contact the designer listed below to purchase the plan.

The following are the steps to submit an ADU application using a pre-approved standard plan:

1. Select a pre-approved standard plan and contact the designer to purchase the plan.
2. Prepare a site plan.
3. Complete a Second Unit Review application.
4. Submit your plans, application, and required fees.
