The City of West Covina was thrilled to celebrate West Covina Small Business Week (WCSBW). To kick of the celebration, the City proclaimed National Small Business Week (April 28 to May 4, 2024) at the April 16, 2024 City Council Meeting. The City presented the proclamation to a nominated WCSBW recipient.
